With over ten years of experience as creative professionals in the Granbury area and a combined team experience of over 40 years in design, photography, and marketing, we are uniquely positioned to redesign the Granbury Chamber of Commerce’s guide.
Proposal outline
Style Guide: Development of a unique masthead that aligns with the Chamber’s vision and existing brand guide. Key components typically include the magazine’s logo, typography, color palette, layout styles, and other graphical elements that together create a recognizable and cohesive brand image across all issues and platforms.
Content Layout: Strategic arrangement of content to maximize readability and engagement. Copy and proof approval for content as part of the process.
Photography and Graphics: Utilization of high-quality photos and custom graphics.
Ad Sales Management: Managing ad sales for local businesses that are Chamber members, ensuring their services are prominently featured.
Ad Design: Offering ad design services to ensure cohesive and impactful advertising for Chamber members.
Production: Coordination with printers to ensure high-quality physical copies.
Digital Version: Creation of a digital version of the guide for online access.

Proposed Timeline
Initial Design Concepts: Delivered within 5 weeks of proposal acceptance. First update communication at week 3.
Review and Revisions: 3 weeks dedicated to collecting feedback and making necessary revisions. Second update communication at week 6 with proofs for approval.
Final Design Approval: 2 weeks allocated for final adjustments based on the latest feedback and proof approvals. Third update communication at week 8 with final proofs for approval.
Production and Delivery: 8 weeks from final approval to handle printing and distribution. Fourth and fifth update communications at weeks 10 and 12 respectively, to report on production progress and confirm delivery scheduling.
